The pool size is 11 metres by 3.5 metres approximately, and is situated about 6 metres to the rear of the house on a slightly raised, paved sun terrace within a fenced garden

Furnishings include king size beds in bedrooms 1 & 3; a pair of three-quarter-width iron bedsteads in bedroom 2; restored and re-covered Victorian and Edwardian chairs and furnishings throughout, supplemented with more modern furniture in complementary style

The accommodation is spacious - about 300 square metres (3,000 square feet) in all - and the rooms are all large. An impressive portal with an inset postern-gate door opens into a dining hall with a broad staircase leading upwards, and a door to the covered terrace to the rear. A raised log-burning fireplace faces both the dining hall and, on the opposite side, the living room. Here, storey-height windows look through rejas (Spanish wrought iron grilles) to the surrounding countryside. The rooms are tastefully furnished with antique and complementary pieces. The kitchen has fitted units on three sides as well as a central "island", all topped with polished granite. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and all other necessities for a comfortable stay. Outside to the rear is a very spacious covered terrace with a built-in barbecue. Beyond are a few steps up to the garden, the swimming pool and a furnished sun terrace

Upstairs there are two large and airy double bedrooms, each with a stylish, en-suite shower room and WC. From the landing, a door opens to a very private and enclosed upstairs terrace, furnished, with super views. In addition there is a main suite comprising a double bedroom, a sitting room and bathroom with twin basins, bidet, WC and slipper bath. The suite has its own private balcony terrace and a single entrance door, by which it can effectively be separated from the rest of the upstairs accommodation
